đź‘Ł I Trust Myself

The Way is not always obviously marked. The pilgrim, traveler, or escapee must read the signs. Relying on sheer instinct or terror is an option. Trust who or what you want to follow and continue on the way ahead. Sometimes the path goes right or…. wrong. That is the adventure!

Finding A Way

The situation is hopeless. We must take the next step. – Pablo Casals

The trek was not as drastic as that but I used it to remember that it was not all bad even when it felt that way.

Here are some of the motivating thoughts, quotes and ideas that helped me to trust myself when I felt weak, afraid, or alone on my pilgrimage in Spain. How can I be who I am or who I want to be? I do it by channeling the journey of ancestors wanting to be free from slavery, oppression, and erasure. The act of doing something you want to – must do – is one of perseverance.
