Getting up early each morning gives me a whole day to think, to laugh, and to be grateful that I can. Many cannot — rest in peace. Some days it seems impossible in a world that is coming apart at the seams. I do not believe it’s over just yet, but those threads are surely straining. The entire planet is under continuous renovation.
Like most people, I want the world to get better. Ahhh! Those tiny cells of matter are merely rearranging. So do you really think the world is ending? Or just yours?
Many people know so little about what is beyond their short range of experience. They look within themselves – and find nothing! Therefore they conclude that there is nothing outside themselves either.

Let me describe the start of my day. I wake up, get up, and stand up. It’s quite simple. I begin by appreciating the gift of resources granted to me. And I look in the mirror…
Oh that face!
They are no longer here, but in that mirror, I confirm that I am my mother’s child and my dad’s maybe (his joking words, I think).
Each day I honor what my mother and father have made. I am the miraculous manifestation co-created by very young parents who faced an uncertain future.

- Good to the cleanliness, safety, and hope of your home and community,

- Good to the world and the earth.
- Good to your mind,
- Good to yourself,
- Good to your purpose.
One good year can change your whole life.
