School is out but not the learning. Not in real life.

he world continues to turn… and if you desire, school is always in! A whole, wide universe is open… still!
Take time to learn about who you are, where you come from, and the extraordinary acts of courage and perseverance of the people who share your DNA.
Know this: knowledge of your history is yours to keep or lose. I would rather keep it… in my mind, body, manner, and presence. Simply knowing keeps me grounded. The knowledge keeps me out of the quagmire of despair. It keeps me out of other people’s business when the point is to distract me from my own.
It is not something that should come from school, exclusively. Not even if somehow it has been excluded and is no longer taught.
Yes, school is out for summer, but the real learning continues.
